What You'll Be Doing

You'll own the day-to-day operations that turn a client order into a delivered flyer campaign.

Process new orders, create client folders in Google Drive, update the Notion subscription database, and keep records accurate.

🖨️

Submit flyer files to the print vendor, purchase USPS postage, download forms, and manage the documentation for every campaign.

🔄

Check in with recurring clients weekly to confirm zip codes, process payments, and keep campaigns running on schedule.

This role is for someone who thrives on process, organization, and getting things done right.

✓ Experience in operations, fulfillment, logistics, or project coordination
✓ Extremely organized — you live by checklists, spreadsheets, and systems
✓ Comfortable with tools like Notion, Google Drive, GoHighLevel, and USPS systems
✓ Strong communicator — you'll coordinate with clients, the print vendor, and the packing team
✓ Detail-obsessed — wrong zip code or wrong flyer version can cost us a client
