We're RXR Media — a direct mail agency that generates leads for home service companies (tree service, HVAC, lawn care, roofing). We design, print, and mail EDDM flyer campaigns. Clients pay $0.40–$0.45/flyer and get real inbound calls from homeowners.
We're doing $300K+/month with 300+ clients served. We have warm leads coming in from Meta ads and a cold outbound system. Your job is to hammer the phone all day long — cold calls, warm follow-ups, booked calls, whatever it takes.
New reps start on cold calls and outbound. The warmest leads go to the reps who prove they can close. Show up, put in the work, produce results — and the quality of your pipeline gets better and better.
There is no set number of calls per day. We expect you to be on the phone as much as it takes. Some days that's 80 calls. Some days it's 120. If you're the type who counts calls to see if you've "done enough" — this isn't for you.

Here's the math:
You close 10 clients at $2,000 each = $100K in revenue. You earn $5,000 in commission upfront.
Those 10 clients go recurring. You now earn $1,500/mo in passive commission — every month — on top of your base and new sale commissions. You don't even need to touch those clients again.
Close 20 clients? That's $3,000/mo in recurring that pays you whether you're on a call or not.
